Creating a vision board can help you manifest what you want your life to be. It assists you in thinking about exactly what you want in your life and brings into focus what you want each day to look like. In this workshop, I will guide you through:
- Journaling to help you decipher what is most important to you,
- Determining which images are best for you, and
- Putting together your vision board.
By taking this class, you will learn how to journal in order to:
Explore and observe your thoughts, actions/experiences, and emotions.
Begin your healing journey/provide support for your journey that’s already begun.
Unlock and acknowledge hidden pain — find out what’s lurking in your shadows.
There’s only a few things you will need for this workshop:
Something to write on and with (try not to type for now)
A safe space to write in
Water and a snack (if desired)
Ways to engage your senses: candles, music, weighted blanket, etc. (if desired)
