About this workshop
Often with the chaos of life, we lose our connection to our inner selves. In this workshop, you will learn ways to connect back to your inner self through journaling. I will walk you through journaling techniques to help you:
- Connect to your senses,
- Explore your inner universe,
- Assess your current self-care practices,
- Develop a plan for self-care, and
- Reflect on your accomplishments and your dreams.
By taking this class, you will learn how to journal in order to:
Explore and observe your thoughts, actions/experiences, and emotions.
Begin your healing journey/provide support for your journey that’s already begun.
Unlock and acknowledge hidden pain — find out what’s lurking in your shadows.
There’s only a few things you will need for this workshop:
Something to write on and with (try not to type for now)
A safe space to write in
Water and a snack (if desired)
Ways to engage your senses: candles, music, weighted blanket, etc. (if desired)
